                                                       Pelvic Pain

If you suffer from pelvic pain, you know that is can be very frustrating,  You might have had
numerous tests such as CT scans and ultrasounds and many different treatments but are still having pelvic pain. It is hard to live when you are always in pain and most women feel bad about being unable to participate in family activities or because the pain keeps them in a bad mood. This is very common and understandable.

There are many different reasons for pelvic pain. Dr Greco will spend plenty of time listening to you and asking you questions before proceeding with the necessary testing. Once he feels that he has a full understanding of the situation, he will explain to you in detail the options.

Sometimes the only thing that will help you is to have the outpatient surgery known as a
laparoscopy. Click here for a full explanation of the procedure ---> Laparoscopy

Pelvic pain does not always require surgery,  there are many reasons for pelvic pain such as ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, irritable bowel syndrome, and infection.  Dr Greco will only suggest laparoscopy if he is sure that it is the best treatment for you.  As always, he will review all of the options with you so that you can make the decision which treatment plan is best for you.
